Payment Policy:

Upon completion of a transaction, your payment receipt will be emailed to you and accessible on your personal LMS account provided by Mindbel or invoices are emailed to registered email id. If you encounter any payment issues or errors, please consult your bank for clarification. Some credit cards may not permit cross-border or online transactions exceeding a certain limit. Verify if similar issues persist with other cards, if available. Note that debit cards may encounter these issues frequently, hence payment through a valid credit card is recommended. Transactions that are blocked may temporarily appear on the customer’s statement. The voided transaction will remove the pending authorization from the customer’s credit card within 1 business day, although some banks may take 2-3 days to remove the pending charge. For further information, please contact your bank. Errors may arise due to discrepancies in the provided zip code or billing address compared to those furnished to the bank during checkout. Payment can be made in the following currencies: USD, EURO, GBP, AUD, NZD. Mindbel offers an EMI or part payment option for course purchases depends on countries . Please note that only credit cards are accepted for EMI payments. A transaction/processing fee of 4% of the total amount will be applied to all purchases and EMI option available only for certain countries only. 

Refund Policy:

By purchasing a course on the Mindbel website, you automatically agree to our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Terms of Use, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy.Refunds, issued by Mindbel, may take up to 20 working days to process and will

be returned via the original payment method. Deposits and banking fees are non-refundable. Mindbel will not be liable for fluctuations in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions. Course examination vouchers are

non-refundable. Incase original payment method not possible with written confirmation and details about the recipient confirmation will be seeked. 

Cancellation by Mindbel:

Mindbel reserves the right to cancel or relocate a training program. If Mindbel cancels a training program, a 100% refund will be provided. Alternatively, at the attendee's request, the fee can be applied to one of the next three training programs at no additional cost. In case of cancellations due to circumstances beyond Mindbel’s control, efforts will be made to notify clients of any changes. Clients will be offered alternatives such as rescheduled training events, virtual training, or e-learning.

Client Cancellations:

Cancellation fees apply to all bookings based on the number of days’ notice provided. All cancellation and rescheduling fees are due immediately via debit or credit card.

Refund Requests:

Refund requests must be sent via email from the registered email address used for course purchase. Include the date of purchase, course name, and purchase receipt details such as order ID and transaction ID in the email. Refunds will be processed within 45 days of receipt of the refund request. 

Requesting a Refund for Purchases Made from Mindbel:

You may cancel your course purchase within 14 calendar days from the contract conclusion date. However, if you redeem your voucher during this period, you forfeit your right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.To cancel your purchase, fill out the Cancellation Form. Upon cancellation within 14 calendar days, we will refund all payments made within 14 calendar days from acceptance of your refund entitlement.
