Course Content:

All Course Content (also referred to as "Study Material") provided by Mindbel is proprietary information and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes. For Live Online Classroom trainings, only soft copies of course study guides are provided unless hard copies are specifically requested and charged for.

Transactions:

A 4% processing fee is applicable on every transaction made on the Mindbel website. Customers are advised to review payment details carefully before confirming a transaction. Mindbel makes no warranties with respect to products or services sold on the Site. Any additional terms in purchase orders or communications are not binding on Mindbel unless agreed to in writing.

Pricing Disclaimer:

Mindbel reserves the right to change prices for all products, offers, or deals. However, the price paid at the time of purchase will remain valid.

Invoicing Policy:

Customers may be billed through the Mindbel Invoicing tool, with 100% payment due upon receipt of the invoice. Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Mindbel harmless from any demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims arising from technical failures or incorrect use of the online payment process.

Jurisdiction:

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, with the courts in Bengaluru (Bangalore), India having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of this Site.Please proceed only if you accept all the conditions outlined herein above, of your own free will and consent.
