By purchasing a course on the Mindbel website, you agree to our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Terms of Use, Rescheduling Policy, and Refund Policy. Here are the terms and conditions of our Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling of a Training Event by Mindbel:
- Mindbel reserves the right to reschedule the date and time of a training program. In case Mindbel reschedules or postpones a training event, the options available to a registered attendee are
- A 100% refund will be provided if the rescheduled dates are not suitable for the attendee's schedule. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving a refund request.
- The attendee can opt to attend another training class scheduled for a more convenient date in the future, at any scheduled location in the country of original enrollment. Advance notice of 7 days prior to the upcoming course commencement is required for this option. The paid fee will be adjusted for the new course.
The attendee can nominate a replacement for the rescheduled class. However, this nomination should be communicated to Mindbel at least 3 days prior to the new rescheduled event date.
Rescheduling Courses:
If a registered attendee wishes to reschedule or postpone their attendance to a future date due to unforeseen reasons, rescheduling fees will be charged as follows:
- Rescheduling courses with less than 30 days' notice prior to the course start date will incur a 75% charge of the full course value, in addition to the prior invoice inclusive of GST.
- Rescheduling courses between 31-40 days prior to the course start date will result in a 50% charge of the full course value, in addition to the prior invoice inclusive of GST.
- Rescheduling courses between 41-50 days prior to the course or exam start date will incur a 25% charge of the full course value of the original booking, in addition to the prior invoice inclusive of GST.
Rescheduling Procedure:
Requests must be sent via email from the registered email address used for course registration on our website www.Mindbel.com. Please send rescheduling or refund requests to support@Mindbel.com Include the date of purchase, name of the course, and purchase receipt details like order ID and transaction ID in the email. Note that rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
